1. Allama Iqbal was our great National hero he is the poet of East.

2. He was born in Sialkot on November 9th 1877.

3. He received his early education in Sialkot.

4. He passed intermediate examination from Murry college Sialkot.

5. Then he went to Lahore for higher studies after that he went to England and Germany he got phd in philosophy.

6. He wrote many poems in praise of the Muslims culture reminded the Muslims of their glorious past.

7. The names of some his books are bang e dra, Bal e jibreel  ,asrat e khudi ,payam e mashriq, jawed nama.

8. He gave the idea of Pakistan he requested Quaid-e-Azam to excepted that leadership of the Muslims.

9. He was a great leader.

10. He was buried near the badshahi mosque in Lahore.
