History of Pakistan Day in English.

On Mars 23 1940 the Lahore resolution was passed which rejected the concept of a United India and propose the creation of an independent state for Muslims.

Even though it did not actually mention Pakistan at all. The resolution passed the way for this creation of Pakistan on August 14th 1947 the where Pakistan became the world's first Islamic Republic.

August 14th is the celebrated as a holiday Independent Day to make the resolution the minar-e-pakistan was constructed during the 1960 on the  site in Iqbal Park. Where all the India Muslim League pass the Lahore resolution Long live Pakistan.
